I’m a Wine Club Manager. How Can Enolytics Help My Clubs Grow?

The REVEAL workshop.

It is — no joke — one of the coolest things we get to experience at Enolytics. The REVEAL workshop is when wineries see their own ecommerce data visualized for the first time in a really powerful and effective way.

I love this workshop because, for our winery colleagues and clients, it’s the moment when “data in general” has become “data specifically for me.”

It’s when things get real, for winery owners and staff from tasting room managers to finance directors to wine club directors.

It’s natural, then, that one of the questions we inevitably hear during the REVEAL workshop comes directly from any wine club director who’s seeing their data presented this way.

“I’m the wine club director. How can Enolytics help my clubs grow?”

It’s a great question, and this week’s video is dedicated precisely to answering it.

Here is the link to the video.

It talks you through the process. It guides you through the navigation. It moves you from Point A to Point B as a wine club director taking steps to grow your clubs.

Here are the four key takeaways to listen for:

  1. How to maximize benefits from current club members

  2. How to revitalize past club members

  3. How to segment customer data to create “micro” campaigns

  4. How to measure your success over time

Please take a look at the video. There are a lot of jewels in there, most especially concrete ways to grow revenue through your clubs.

A few additional notes this week:

  • The video series continues to expand and evolve, and it’s inspiring us to develop workshops with real customers who put the tools to use. Please stay tuned for more on that.

  • Next week, believe it or not, is the first weekend in July which means the long holiday weekend here in the US. We’re taking a break from Enolytics 101, and we’ll see you back here on July 8.

Thank you for reading these posts, for watching our videos, and for your ongoing feedback and support.
