Join the Revolution: Help Us Define Wine AI

AI

"My one hope for AI is for it to distill all of the info that Enolytics has for me into the most important things to work on. Updated every day, what are our Top Three pieces of homework in order to grow our business?"

That was direct feedback from Ashley Trout, owner and winemaker at Brook & Bull and VITAL Winery in Walla Walla, following our Enolytics AI advisory board meeting with winery clients a few weeks ago.

Can we do that? Can Enolytics AI take all of the available information - from a winery's own data plus the latest industry news and relevant reports more globally - and simply deliver a list of "the three most valuable things you need to do today"?

Yes. Yes, we can. That, in fact, is our goal to deliver to you and to the industry more broadly speaking as we continue to build Enolytics AI.

There's more to it than a "top three" list for a winery each day, but that simple deliverable, directly from a winery client, remains a beacon that we are working toward.

What do YOU think? Would you like to be part of the conversation as we continue to build, dream, revolutionize and execute?

We hope so. Your next opportunity is this week on Wednesday, October 18 at 10 am PST / 1 pm EST, when we're inviting all interested parties (winery clients as well as professionals from inside and outside the industry) to join us on Zoom and see what we're building.

Most importantly, though, we want to hear from you on WHAT ELSE you'd like AI for the wine and spirits industry to do.

A few ideas, to get your creative juices flowing:

  • Mapping a correlation between tasting room traffic, regional gas prices, local lodging prices, occupancy rates, and other available tourism data.

  • Generative AI can proactively analyze customer data to discern preferences and external trends, enabling wineries to craft hyper-personalized marketing campaigns automatically. Tailoring promotions to individual tastes at the right time via the optimal communication channel enhances customer engagement, fostering a deeper connection with the brand and boosting sales.

  • During a customer sales or service call, an AI model could suggest to the salesperson the next best wine to upsell. Until now those were usually based only on existing customer demographic and purchasing behavior data available at the start of the call. Our Enolytics DTC software provides this level of AI already. However, a generative AI tool might suggest upselling opportunities in real time based on the actual content of the ongoing conversation, pulling from internal customer data, external market trends and macroeconomic data, as well as social media data.

Cool, yeah? We think so. It's happening, and we'd like very much for you to be part of it.
