My Invitations to You and the Wine Data Community

Next week, from Tuesday to Thursday, my team and I will be participating in the Direct to Consumer Wine Symposium in Monterey, California. As we’ve been preparing for the conference, one thing has surfaced for me again and again that I’d like to say to this community:

An invitation. And the sense that you are welcome…

To join us for the panel on Tuesday afternoon about the urgency to work differently in wine right now, and how data fuels those different ways.

To hear your peers and colleagues open up about how they do exactly that, whether you’re a small winery and resonate with the insights from Rosie Behrens of Sixmilebridge Winery in Paso Robles, or you’re a larger Napa winery like Joseph Phelps Vineyards or Alpha Omega Winery, and resonate more with insights from Kristine Mason and Robert Breedlove.

They are in your shoes, doing the work of wine DTC, just like you. You’re invited, and welcome, to hear how they’re making a difference.

You’re invited also to join us for dinner on Tuesday night, to share a meal and talk one-on-one. Seats are necessarily limited (it’ll be in a restaurant nearby) so if you’re free and would like to come, please let Michelle know on our team and she’ll advise.

You’re invited to share your thoughts and ideas.

You’re invited to ask your questions.

You’re invited to gather with us.

You’re invited join this community of people who are making a difference in wine.

You’re welcome here, in Monterey IRL and in our virtual community too.

I’ll save your spot. Just be in touch and let me know. I look forward to seeing you soon.

Thank you.
Cathy
